Using our content
Rules for re-publishing our content:
- Do NOT remove or modify the inner links.
- At the end of the article, the website that republishes the article should include a link back to our website.
- The structure of the texts and the brand of headings MUST NOT change.
Correspondence with Wow ROMs
The communication with Wow ROMs and the submission of text or files is a transfer of ownership of the text to Wow ROMs. We belong the right to reproduce the content, partually or fully and allow third parties to reproduce or share the content. When submitting content you agree that it fully belongs to you and it’s not copyrighted.
The following are terms concerning the use of Medias.
- Usually the articles our authors publish have videos or photos in the Wow ROMs published. The type of medias our authors usually publish are:
- Archived content that is not used.
- Rental of material from the video and photo archives.
- Materials from the public domain used for promotion.
- Some of the materials submitted by our visitors; note: it is fully the responsibility of the person who submitted it.
- Content that is licensed for reuse under Creative Commons.
- If Wow ROMs receives a notification that a media on our Web page is not in line with the Wow ROMs terms, Wow ROMs has the right to remove the media.
Changes in TOS
This page will be updated along with any other we think it is relevant whenever we change our TOS. All changes will be done 30 days before the TOS going into action, so that our visitors are aware of the changes we make.
